Currency, GST & Taxes

Prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD $).

All prices are in Singapore dollars and include a 7% goods and service tax (GST).

Prices can also be displayed in the following currencies: Australia Dollars (AUD), Euros (€), Malaysia Ringgit (RM), United Kingdom Pounds (£) and United States Dollars ($). Please note that all transactions are processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD $). Prices displayed in other currencies are for estimation purposes only. All our prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice and we retain the right to change the price of any items at any time without prior notice.

Unfortunately, we cannot supply the exact prices of our products in other currencies at this time. However, you can use The Universal Currency Converter at www.xe.com/ucc to perform currency exchange calculations using live, mid-market rates for the top 85 currencies.

Shipments

We welcome local & international orders. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via POSLAJU (Malaysia Speed Postal Service), Malaysia Registered Mail (Malaysia Postal Service) or SingPost (Singapore Post)*.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday. Tracking numbers will be provided for both POSLAJU & Malaysia Registered Mail services (by email) once orders have been dispatched. Signature will be required as well. 

All orders from Malaysia will enjoy FREE SHIPPING!!

All orders from Singapore can opt for FREE SHIPPING!!*

All other international orders will enjoy FREE SHIPPING for purchases about SGD $150.

All other international orders can opt for a faster service through POSLAJU (2-5working days)** or a more economical service through Malaysia Registered Mail (5-15working days)**

 

*Orders from Singapore can enjoy FREE SHIPPING. However, all packages are dispatched through Singpost between 28-2nd of every month(subject to change).

Lost Package

Please note that we cannot be responsible for lost packages. We cannot issue an exchange if your package is lost.

If in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please notify us as soon as possible. In most cases we will be able to send out a replacement right away, however in some rare cases it may not be possible to supply an exact replacement, in which case store credit or exchange will be offered.

Customs Fees or Duties

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. 



Payment methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments via Paypal. We also accept Bank Transfer/Bank Deposit payments from Singapore & Malaysia shoppers ONLY.

Please note that all payments must be made within 48hours. Please contact us on any cancellations/further extensions.

Online payments are made via either Direct Payment Services or Paypal. Both options use the latest secure technology and fraud protection.

Please note that some payment methods, Bank Transfer & Bank Deposit are not necessarily instant transactions. Therefore, orders will not be dispatched until the funds have been cleared. If you require your order sent immediately, we recommend credit card transactions.

Discount/Promotion Coupon 

All codes can be entered during the checkout process. After typing in the code into the "VOUCHERS" box, simply click on "ADD". The new total cost will be reflected before you confirm the order.

Internet Banking Option/Bank Transfer/Bank Deposit Payments

Bank Transfer/Bank Deposit payments are for Singapore & Malaysia shoppers ONLY.

Once you have made payment via Bank Transfer/Bank Deposit simply LOG IN and proceed to

MY ACCOUNT> History and details of my orders > Details > Add a message > SEND

Provide us with your order number, date and time you deposited the payment.

 



Cancelling Your Order

After you have clicked “Confirm Order”, your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to it. To cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact us – please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

 

Returns
We do not accept returns unless you receive damaged goods. All items must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt for exchange or store credit. Buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us. All opened or used items cannot be returned.

Keep in mind all images used is meant to be a computer screen representation of colors only, slight variations in colors on the actual products are also to be expected.

Warranty Returns

In the rare case that you receive a faulty/damaged product upon delivery, simply contact us and we will organise to have the item replaced. All faulty/damaged goods must be returned to us for inspection. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.

When returning the defective goods you should include your order overview and information such as: Name, Email address, Telephone, Order number, Items to be returned, Reason for return.

Simply contact us before returning the goods and we will provide reply paid postage information.

 

Privacy Policy

We do not share your information with outside companies or third parties.

All information we collect is primarily in the interest of communicating with you about your order, our products and services and promotions. When you sign up on our online store as a new customer, you will be asked to provide some personal information, such as first & last name, billing address, shipping address (es) and a contact e-mail address and telephone number. This information is used only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order, and will never be disclosed to any party outside of necessary channels to ship and process your order in a timely manner. However, please note that we may disclose your details where required by law to the government or regulatory authorities.
