Vyctorya Chee is the creator of Février Designs based in Malaysia and Singapore.

She started her brand after her undergraduate at Central St Martins. Vyctorya hopes to create quality, sustainable products that bring smiles and happiness to the everyday and to make this lil planet of ours a little brighter :)
