What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. Only one credit card may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. All pricing is listed in Singapore Dollars.
Do you offer international shipping?
How much would the shipping cost be?
Shipping cost varies, you would be able to check the costs after entering all your details at the checkout page. Thereafter, you will see the shipping rates for your shipping destination.
Singapore/Malaysia
FREE SHIPPING over S$29.
International Shipping
Shipping rates for orders under S$99 will be calculated based on the order total and the destination address.
How long would the shipping be?
Singapore/Malaysia: 2-5 working days
Rest of world: 5-21 working days
Please Note: There may be postal system delays during peak times which is out of our control which is why we strive to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible at our end. Transit times may also vary due to customs delays.
What's next, after placing my order?
We will proceed to process your order within 48hours (working days) as long as the goods are in stock.
Do take note that some goods are made-to-order / custom-made, so please allow us around one to two weeks to make your order(s) and we will notify you once we mail out your order as soon as we can. :)
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as the goods are shipped, we will email you the tracking number if any and also the link to key in your tracking number to view the status of your parcel.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellation of orders is not accepted once orders are placed. We have a 15-day return policy.
